11、热处理(公司拥有多台热处理炉,可进行正火、淬火、回火、渗碳、固溶等多种类型的热处理要求,且每炉热处理原始曲线会留存2年以上供客户追溯)

13、铣浇口(产品的浇口,做专用工装后采用机加工的方式去除,效率更高,产品表面更美观。避免了由于打磨人工慢导致发货不及时的情况)

14、整形(工厂有多台整形机器去解决因为铸造及热处理过程中的自然变形,整形后的尺寸将用量规百分百控制,降低了产品的加工量及加工成本)
